BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION POLICY;

1. Please commit at least 50% deposit of the invoice cost within 30 days.

2. Between 35-20 days to the date of accommodation 10% of the total bed night cost will be charged.

3. Between 19-10 days to the date of accommodation 25% of the total bed night cost will be charged.

4. Between 9-3 days to the date of accommodation 50% of the total bed night cost will be charged.

5. Within 48 hours to the departure 100% of the total bed night cost and transport cost, if applicable will be charged.
